 My daughter (flowers by studio 9) had her kitchen totally replaced by Andy and his team. We asked Andy if he could fit my daughter's 4 years old kitchen into our place. Andy gave us a design and a price which we were very happy with. The finished kitchen is better than we expected, the workmanship outstanding and the boys were very clean and tidy. So we have no hesitation in recommending Andy and the team. The only other thing I would like to say is to keep a good stock of ginger biscuits and of course the tea on the go all the time.

The work that Andrew carried out on my bathroom was of a very high standard and both myself and my partner were very pleased with how he kept everything as clean as possible throughout the installation. Andrew was good with his time keeping despite having to commute to Maidstone and did not over run on the time he stated on the quotation, both my partner and I am very pleased with our new bathroom and would refer Custom Installations to anybody considering a superb quality installation.

We had a complete re-fit of our upstairs toilet/shower room. Everything went to plan and on time. The quality of the furnishing was very good and well installed. Andrew and richard were very friendly and good to deal with. Andrew even came back after a week to check if everything was ok.

I had a complete kitchen fitted in December 2009 by Andy Martin of Custom Installation Services. Throughout the process Andy kept me informed of progress and discussed modifications as they arose. His craftsmanship was of the highest order and the finished product was exceptionally good value. I would not hesitate in recommending Andy to anyone and his work was so good, I am getting him to return in January 2010 to re-fit my bathroom and two en-suites.

Andy has now completed three installations for us and all were carried out with care and consideration. The work was done to a very high standard and Andy pays particular attention to the finishings and the overall look. What we liked was that Andy was willing to change anything that we were not quite happy with without any complaint. Custom Installation Services provided a complete service from checking the original drawings, to site survey, rip out, site preparation, and installation. The only thing I had to arrange was a Corgi registered gas fitter for the Hob commissioning. I have seen many Kitchen installations; some bad, some average, but never exceptional. Andrew and Richard's work is exceptional in all areas. They are also 100% trustworthy and can be left alone to get on with the work. I recommend them without hesitation.

Halfway through the kitchen refit we wanted to change our design slightly to incorporate a breakfast bar, andy was very accommodating and professional at his job. It is good to know that there are some skilled tradesman who take pride in their work, tidy up after themselves, don't rip you off and who you can trust! Both rooms were finished to a high standard and looked fantastic. Would highly recommend.

My wife & I decided that our bathroom and separate toilet needed completely refurbishing and we began to look for a suitable firm to do this work. On a visit to Minster we came across the village newsletter "Minster Matters" and looking through it we saw an advertisement from a local firm Custom Installation Services (CIS).
We rang them and spoke to Janet Martin, wife of the owner, Andy. She arranged for Andy to call over that very evening together with his assistant Richard. They spent about an hour measuring both bathroom and toilet and
discussed with us what we were looking for. They showed us various catalogues so that we could choose the kind of fittings we both liked.
A couple of days later we received a professionally prepared Estimate which we accepted so they returned again a few days later so that we could go into more details. Andy and Richard made various suggestions as to how they thought they could introduce improvements to the shower etc. We gave them a deposit, agreed a start date and from then onwards everything worked out as planned.
Nothing was too much trouble. They did a first class job and have transformed out thirty year old bungalow into a modern, attractive home. We would thoroughly recommend them.
